1:1 Coaching Guarantee:

While LoveLeaf LLC, dba Best Resume Coach cannot guarantee the job market or the economy, if you do not get invited to a job interview within 60 days of working together, you may be eligible to receive an updated customized resume and one complimentary 1-hour coaching session completely free.

To be eligible for a complimentary coaching session, the following steps must be taken:

1.    Must be a 1:1 Career Coaching private client
2. Request must be made in writing by contacting [email protected]

3.    Request of must be made after 60 days of the original purchase date

4.    Completed copy of Job Tracker Tool spreadsheet must be provided with request

No Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

All sales are final. Since this is a digital product, there are no refunds or cancellations once your order is complete. Refunds of Hard Goods:

If you have purchased hard goods from  LoveLeaf LLC, dba Best Resume Coach and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

1.    Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]

2.    Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

3.    Hard goods must be returned to LoveLeaf LLC, dba Best Resume Coach immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected] as directed in step 1.

4.    The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in LoveLeaf LLC, dba Best Resume Coach sole, reasonable discretion.
