I understand that you have questions or might be wondering how this works. I've got answers for you!

Question 1: What does it mean to “collaborate”?

We will work together to collaborate as a team so you can feel empowered and energized. I am your humble guide and enjoy the collaborative process of brainstorming and iterating until you feel happy with the outcome of your resume, LinkedIn content, professional bio, elevator pitch, and any other career-related content we create together.

Question 2: How can I reserve 1-1 Career Coaching?

Choose a time and day that works well for you to have our 1-1 Career Coaching session. My calendar fills up fast, so be sure to reserve as soon as you know your availability. After purchasing your service, check your email for a link to schedule your time to meet. You will automatically be sent a calendar invite.

Question 3: Do you offer payment plans?

YES! There are flexible payment plans available to spread the payment across multiple months. All payment plans will include an additional 20% administrative fee. For example, a payment plan for a $525 service would cost $630 total. The payment plan would be $157.50 a month for 4 months. Please mention that you’re interested in the payment plan option during your consultation call.

Question 4: Why Video calls?

Video calling via Zoom allows us to connect “face-to-face” remotely. We’ll have a genuine conversation about your career, your unique career experience, specific goals and how to best move forward with a solid strategy to make meaningful career change.

Question 5: Do you stand behind your work?

YES! 100%. While I can’t guarantee the job market or the economy, I guarantee that by using the tools provided and following my guidance, you will start feeling better, more confident, and building momentum during our time together. If you don’t get invited to a job interview within 60 days of working together, you’ll receive 2 extra sessions completely free. The job tracker tool must be completed to receive the free sessions.

Question 6: What is your re-scheduling and cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a booked session. I will do the same to provide you with 24 hours notice if I am unable to make our scheduled appointment time. If rescheduling or cancellation becomes an issue, we can postpone the services to a later date.

Question 7: How long after I buy the service do I have to get started?

You can schedule your first 1-1 career coaching session right away. I know that life can happen, so that’s why you have one year from the purchase date to schedule with me and get started with your service.

First, we'll meet for a 1-1 career strategy session to understand where you're at and where you want to go. Then, we'll get to work on updating your resume, optimizing your LinkedIn, and polishing your cover letter. Finally, we'll practice and prepare for job interviews and salary negotiations.
